Registration action on our website or other Courage to Care platforms (e.g. contribution of a donation, purchase of tickets, etc.) will by default opts-in user into Courage to Care communications, appeals and marketing lists. If at any time you wish to stop receiving marketing emails or other communications, please contact us. Opting out options from marketing emails are also included in each email (i.e. as an Unsubscribe link).

C2C Exhibition App

The privacy statement applies to Courage to Care mobile apps available through online app stores.

Privacy-relevant Android permissions requested by this app: CAMERA: Used for permissions that are associated with accessing camera or capturing images/video from the device. Other permissions include FLASHLIGHT and INTERNET. These permissions allows this application to capture the user’s photos of QR codes in Courage to Care exhibition displays in order to allow user to view additional information regarding the exhibit.

Terms of Service

These terms of use and service (“Terms”) are between Courage to Care NSW, an incorporated association (registered as B’NAI B’RITH COURAGE TO CARE (NSW) INC, d.b.a. Courage to Care NSW (“Courage to Care” or “our” or “we”)) and the subscribers to and users of the Courage to Care digital services (the Courage to Care website, web and mobile applications (i.e. C2C Exhibition app) (“Applications”), and products (i.e. cards, publications). By accessing and using Courage to Care’s services as a user of the applications or products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are not authorized to subscribe to, access or use the Courage to Care services or products in any manner, and you must stop doing so immediately. If you are a user of Courage to Care services on behalf of a corporation or other legally recognized entity having the ability to enter into agreements, you must subscribe in the name of your organization, and these Terms are legally binding between that organization as well as individual application users acting for or on behalf of that organization. If at any time you are dissatisfied with Courage to Care Services and want to stop being a user, simply delete the mobile app from your mobile device and/or stop visiting our website.

All content on Courage to Care is the proprietary property of Courage to Care and/or its suppliers or licensors. Subject to these Terms and any other applicable agreement between you and Courage to Care, you are granted a non-exclusive and limited right to access and use Courage to Care services through the Courage to Care website, Courage to Care mobile services, and all content Courage to Care makes available to you therein in accordance with these Terms. Unless explicitly stated herein, nothing in these Terms shall be construed as conferring any other rights or license to Courage to Care’s confidential information, confidential materials, trade secrets or intellectual property rights, whether by estoppel, implication or otherwise. Courage to Care Services is protected to the maximum extent permitted by copyright laws and international treaties. You may not decompile or disassemble, reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to discover any source code contained in Courage to Care services.

Changes In Terms Of Use: We reserve the right to modify these Terms from time to time. If we modify these Terms, we will indicate that we have done so by updating the date below. Your continued access and use of Courage to Care services constitutes your acceptance of any modified Terms.
